Cylinder heads are sold on a TYPE FOR TYPE exchange basis. The sales price includes the exchange cylinder head's price and a core deposit. The core deposit will be refunded upon the return of the used head replaced by the remanufactured cylinder head EXCEPT IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS :

EXCEPTIONS

1.) Used cylinder head ( CORE ) of a like type was not returned within 30 days from the sale of the remanufactured cylinder head to the purchaser.

2.) If the used cylinder head ( CORE ) of a like type was not returned within 30 days from the sale of the remanufactured cylinder head to the purchaser the core deposit will be considered part of the sale and is not subject to refund.

3.) Used cylinder head ( CORE ) of a like type was returned without all valves, valve springs, or valve spring retainers.

4.) Used cylinder head ( CORE ) of a like type was returned and has welding repairs, has broken mounting ears, has broken or missing cam towers and/or pedestals, or has been damaged due to a dropped valve or some other material that has gone through the engine or is obviously a JUNKYARD cylinder head.

A $2.00 salvage credit will be allowed for Used cylinder head(s) ( CORE(s) ) returned in the above conditions provided they are complete with all valves, valve springs, and valve spring retainers.

Used cylinder head(s) ( CORE(s) ) returned with cracks are acceptable for full core credit if they pass the above criteria.
