FOURSTAR CRANKSHAFT KITS LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

FourStar Engines and Parts warrants to the purchaser that FourStar will replace free of charge, during usual working hours, at the location purchase or installation, any Crankshaft Kit it remanufactured that is found to be defective in materials and or workmanship, before installation, WITH THE EXCEPTIONS SHOWN BELOW.  The warranty covers replacement of the part only and DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LABOR.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

This warranty does not cover:

(1) Crankshaft Kits that are damaged by abuse, neglect or accident.

(2) Fluids, filters, towing charges, telephone calls.

(3) Loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience, commercial loss of consequential damages; nor do repairs or replacement extend this warranty beyond the described period from the date of original installation.

FourStar Engine and Parts makes no other warranties, express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose, except as otherwise required by the laws of the state of sale to the customer, and shall not be liable for any damages other than those required by law.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damaged, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
