ENGINETECH ENGINE PARTS LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

EngineTech warrants to the purchaser that EngineTech will replace, at EngineTech's option, during usual working hours, any product found to be defective in material and or workmanship by our Engineering Department or its designate when parts are returned to us freight prepaid. This policy continues until the product is worn out or in other words for the life of the engine.

Due to the nature of High Performance / Racing Applications EngineTech shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind from the purchase, installation or use of any EngineTech product in a High Performance / Racing engine or any vehicle used for racing purposes of any form.

EngineTech will not be liable for claims regarding labor, consequential damages or any claimed loss other than replacement of defective product. ( For a more complete description of our Warranty Policy contact EngineTech's Sales Department at 1-800-869-8711 ).

EngineTech makes no other warranties, express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose, except as otherwise required by the laws of the state of sale to the customer, and shall not be liable for any damages other than those required by law.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damaged, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
