Ordering Information & Return Policies

International Orders
Any orders shipped outside the U.S., possessions and/or territories, are subject to higher shipping & insurance rates, as well as applicable customs, duties, and taxes. All such expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Federal Express insured freight or Common Freight Carriers for engines. Other common international carriers may be used, however, all arrangements and applicable fees will be the responsibility of the customer and to the satisfaction of Certified Automotive Machining Company. All international orders must be prepaid in full by cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank or by wire transfer. Any and all transactions must be made in U.S. funds only.
Certified Automotive Machining Company makes no claims or representations regarding warranties, compatibility, or service availability for any product shipped outside the U.S.
To place an International order please call customer service representatives at (713) 694-1991 for shipping rates and availability. No international orders will be accepted by email, fax, or post mail.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all orders being shipped to destinations within the state of Texas.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you've ordered is not in stock in any of our warehouses it will be backordered automatically. Certified Automotive Machining Company stock is replenished regularly, and backorders are filled as soon as stock is received.
An email will be sent to you within 24 hours indicating that an item(s) has been backordered. Another email will be sent when the order has been filled or cancelled. If not filled within 30 days, a backorder is automatically cancelled.
In the event that one or more items you have ordered is out-of-stock, shipping charges will be adjusted to correspond to the number of items actually shipped.
Return Policy
Certified Automotive Machining Company allows returns on products that were ordered incorrectly, does not fit your application, or is not what you wanted. All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). You can accomplish this by calling us or by filling out this
RMA REQUEST FORM. Any returned merchandise received without an RMA # will be refused. You may return an unopened / uninstalled item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all non-defective returns outside of the 30 day period. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped prepaid and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and packing slip. When you return items they must be in the original unused / uninstalled condition and complete as when shipped. Your RMA # must be written on the outside of the returned merchandise. If a credit is given after 30 days, it will be applied towards a future purchase.
After a returned item has been received, it usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks to process. Refunds will appear on your billing statement for open account customers or refunded by company check on retail sales.
Defect Replacement Policy
Certified Automotive Machining Company accepts returns on all defective products that were sold and shipped by us from any of our warehouses. All defect returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can accomplish this by calling us at 1-713-694-1991 or by filling out this
RMA REQUEST FORM. Any returned merchandise received without an RMA # will be refused. You may return a defective item for replacement within that item's stated warranty period. All defects must be shipped to CAMCo. prepaid and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and packing slip. Defect return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All defect replacements will be shipped to customer with the shipping being prepaid by CAMCo. When you return defective items they must be in the original complete form as they were when they were originally shipped. Your RMA # must be written on the outside of the returned merchandise. If a credit is requested and given, instead of a replacement, it will be applied towards a future purchase.
